How to Order from Magic Motion Vietnam
You can order from Magic Motion Vietnam on our website, by Zalo or Facebook, or by phone. Every order is packed discreetly and you pay when it arrives.
Ordering on the website
- Add products to your cart, or tap MUA NGAY (Buy now) on the product page.
- Open the cart and adjust quantities.
- Tap Đặt hàng (Place order). By default the product name is hidden on the parcel, payment is cash on delivery, and any free gifts are included.
- Enter your delivery details: phone number, recipient name (a nickname is fine) and full address including ward/commune, street and house number. Add notes such as preferred delivery time or gift wrapping.
The checkout is in Vietnamese. If you get stuck, send us a screenshot on Zalo and we will place the order for you.
Ordering by Zalo or Facebook
Send us a photo or the name of the product on Zalo (0977 850 640) or Facebook. We are online 24/7 and usually reply within 30 minutes.
Ordering by phone
Call or text 0977 850 640.
Payment
- Cash on delivery (COD): pay the driver in cash or by bank transfer when the parcel arrives. No deposit required.
- Bank transfer in advance: available if you prefer.

- Plain packaging; the product name never appears on the parcel.
- Free shipping nationwide on orders from 300,000 VND.
- Same-day delivery for inner-city Hanoi orders.
Warranty
Defective products are replaced 1-for-1. The warranty period depends on the product price, from 1 to 12 months. See our warranty policy.
