Warranty Policy
MagicMotion.vn follows the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty covers the functions of the product for the period below. To be eligible, the product must be intact, with its box, and free from scratches, cracks, dents, water damage or other damage caused by use that does not follow the instructions.

Warranty terms
- Defective products are replaced 1-for-1 with a new item, provided the product was used correctly according to the user guide and shows no signs of strong physical impact, dents, tears, cracks, immersion in water, or cleaning with hot water or UV devices.
- Battery capacity and run time are not covered.
- The customer pays 100% of the shipping cost for warranty returns.
- Returned defective items are used products and are destroyed to prevent any risk of infection.
- We never sell products whose seal has been opened.
Products not covered
- Products without electronic functions (such as regular silicone dildos and BDSM accessories) are not covered by the warranty, but you can always check them before paying.
- Damage caused by the user, for example cutting, burning, pulling, dropping, using the product for the wrong purpose, incorrect cleaning, soaking the device in water, or not following the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Products showing signs of strong physical impact, dents, tears, cracks, water immersion, or cleaning with hot water or UV devices.
How to claim warranty

- Pack the product, write your details clearly and send it to our address.
- We receive and inspect the product.
- We contact you and send a replacement.
